How To Find Us
The Lifestyle Lift San Antonio center is located west of I-10 and South of Medical Dr. off Horizon Hill Bvd. at Fountainhead Dr (sign on the corner). The center is 7 miles West of San Antonio International Airport and North Star Mall.

The building reads, "International Academy of Design & Technology" and "Sanford Brown College" across the top. There are two similar beige and glass buildings; 4511 is the closest to Fountainhead Dr.

Dr. Marc T. Taylor, M.D.
Dr. Taylor has practiced plastic surgery in San Antonio for more than 20 years now. He completed his Otolaryngology (Head and Neck Surgery) residency at the University of British Columbia, and then a Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Kansas. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians.

Dr. N.D, Moscoe III, M.D.
Dr. Moscoe is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He earned his medical degree at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He completed his General Surgery residency at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, Tenn., and his Plastic Surgery residency at Eastern Virginia School of Medicine in Norfolk. He was then selected for a Hand and Microsurgery fellowship at the University of Louisville (Ky.) School of Medicine. He has practiced privately in central Texas since 1979.
